The booking process involves three simple steps:

Pay 10% of the total cost.

Carry a photo ID, residential proof, and a signed cost sheet during the booking.

The registration of the Agreement for Sale will commence after completing the booking process.

To book a flat, you will need:

Signed application form

Signed payment plan

Self-attested PAN card/Form 60

Aadhar Card

Yes, it is possible to combine two units. However, the registration of the two units will be done separately.

Property transfer/resale is possible after obtaining the Occupancy Certificate (OC). If done before that, the booking will be canceled, and transfer charges will apply.

No, internal modifications are not permitted within the apartments.

Yes, online booking is possible. You can email the booking form with relevant documents and transfer the required amount to our designated RERA account.

Property tax can be paid online at portal.mcgm.gov.in.

If the payment is delayed, interest will be levied at the specified rate as per the agreement.
