TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Documents pertaining to the title of the property will be given only to the concerned Bank that has approved the application of the housing loan by the applicant.

2. The sale deed shall be executed by the company on receipt of the entire sale consideration and all charges, terms & conditions mentioned in allotment letter.

3. This is a provisional booking for a flat mentioned overleaf in the project known as Infinity Group. The provisional booking do not convey in favor of purchaser any right, title or interest of whatsoever nature unless and until required documents such as sales Agreement/Sales Deed/Constructions contract,etc.are executed.

4. GST as applicable from time to time shall be extra and are to be borne by the purchaser.

5. In case, the flat is completed before the scheduled date of completion, the entire outstanding balance as on such date of completion shall become due and payable, not with standing the installments and due dates mentioned.

6. It shall be an essential condition of allotment that the flat shall not be used for any purposes other than for resident.

7. Registration & Stamp duty shall be borne by the allotted. Ownership right of the booked unit/flat/ office spaces till registration of the lease deed shall remain with the company.

8. Plans, layout, specifications are subject to change/modification as may be necessary for execution of the project and shall be decided by the company/architect or any other competent authorities.

10. Cancellation processing charge shall be 10% of Sale Consideration of the flat / Office.

11. All procedure of bank loan and balance payment must be completed within 45 days from the date of booking, failing to do so will lead to cancellation or as agreed by the developer.
